Credentials from the publisher
- HETZNER_API_TOKEN — Required when targeting Hetzner. Get from console.hetzner.com > Security > API Tokens.
- VULTR_API_KEY — Required when targeting Vultr. Get from my.vultr.com > Account > API. At least one provider token is required.
- GITHUB_TOKEN — Optional. Used to clone private GitHub repos into the VM at boot via cloud-init.
- GIBIL_API_KEY — Optional. Authenticates against gibil.dev for usage tracking and paid plans.
