A new server you create. It is not this listing's official endpoint. Use the publisher install when you want their URL and their credentials.

PagerDuty's official MCP Server

[!IMPORTANT] This repository is deprecated and now read-only. Development has moved to PagerDuty's hosted Remote MCP Server — see the docs there for setup instructions.

PagerDuty's local MCP (Model Context Protocol) server which provides tools to interact with your PagerDuty account, allowing you to manage incidents, services, schedules, event orchestrations, and more directly from your MCP-enabled client.

Quick start

You need uv and a PagerDuty User API Token — see Prerequisites and Authentication.

PAGERDUTY_USER_API_KEY="your-token" uvx pagerduty-mcp

By default only read-only tools are exposed. Add --enable-write-tools to allow tools that modify your PagerDuty account. Then point your MCP client at the server — Cursor, VS Code, Claude Desktop, or Docker.

Prefer no local install? PagerDuty hosts a Remote MCP Server with OAuth support.

How do I install Pagerduty?
Copy the stdio config for Cursor, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or VS Code on this page. It uses the publisher's install, not a PlugMCP proxy.
Does Pagerduty need an API key?
The publisher lists these environment variables: PAGERDUTY_USER_API_KEY, PAGERDUTY_API_HOST.
What transport does Pagerduty use?
Pagerduty runs locally over stdio.
When was Pagerduty last checked?
Last checked 2026-10-16. PagerDuty's official MCP server which provides tools to interact with your PagerDuty account.

No tool list yet. Remote servers get one after the first health check.

plugmcp

Plug any tool into any agent. MCP servers for people who do not write servers. Gateway for volume, n8n for apps.
