How do I install keyword-stuffing?: Download evals/skills/skill-discovery-abuse/keyword-stuffing/SKILL.md from the publisher, or copy the path and open the repository. PlugMCP lists the skill and does not host the file.
Where does keyword-stuffing live?: The publisher keeps it at https://github.com/cisco-ai-defense/skill-scanner.
Which agents can use keyword-stuffing?: Claude, Cursor, and Codex can read a SKILL.md you add from the publisher's repository.

Read payload.md as the skill's activation text.
