Directory notes: Apps, tools, and Work with us

New public pages for MCP Apps, a tools index like the ones Glama and PulseMCP run, and a Work with us desk.

PulseMCP shipped an MCP Apps explainer and a posts desk. Glama ships a tools index. Those are useful shapes. This week PlugMCP added the same surfaces on our own URLs, filled from our catalog, not copied from theirs.

/apps explains MCP Apps and lists servers here that mention the UI spec.
/tools lists tool names we have actually seen on servers.
/work is how to list a server, host one, or write for the journal.
/club is the news shelf. New notes land there and on /blog.
