Credentials from the publisher
- CRIXIN_API_KEY — Crixin platform key (crx_live_…). Set this for hosted mode — no Twilio account needed.
- TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID — Bring-your-own-Twilio mode: account SID.
- TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN — Bring-your-own-Twilio mode: auth token.
- TWILIO_PHONE_NUMBER — Bring-your-own-Twilio mode: caller number in E.164.
- DEEPGRAM_API_KEY — Optional in BYO mode — enables transcribe_call locally.
