Credentials from the publisher
- PROJECT_BRAIN_REPO_LIST — Comma-separated owner/repo slugs or a path to a file with one slug per line
- PROJECT_BRAIN_STATE_DIR — Writable directory for repository caches, indexes, and locks
- PB_GITHUB_TOKEN — Optional GitHub token for private repositories
- PB_FETCH_TTL — Minimum interval between on-demand repository refreshes
