Credentials from the publisher

KNOWBE4_API_KEY — Set the KNOWBE4_API_KEY credential for the KnowBe4 MCP server.
KNOWBE4_BASE_URL — Full API base URL. Leave blank: the CLI builds it from KNOWBE4_REGION. Set it only to point at a different host.
KNOWBE4_REGION — Set the KNOWBE4_REGION credential for the KnowBe4 MCP server.
KNOWBE4_USER_EVENT_API_KEY — Separate bearer key for the KnowBe4 User Events API, which has its own host and key. Needed only for the `events` commands; leave blank otherwise.
