Use to judge whether a PR review comment sounds polite.

Install

The skill file stays in the publisher's repository.

Paste the copied command in a terminal. It installs this SKILL.md into that agent.

npx skills add topoteretes/cognee --skill pr-comment-evaluator -a cursor -y

How do I install cognee?: Download examples/demos/feedback/skill_feedback_loop/skills/pr-comment-evaluator/SKILL.md from the publisher, or copy the path and open the repository. PlugMCP lists the skill and does not host the file.
Where does cognee live?: The publisher keeps it at https://github.com/topoteretes/cognee.
Which agents can use cognee?: Claude, Cursor, and Codex can read a SKILL.md you add from the publisher's repository.

Only judge whether the PR comment sounds polite. Do not discuss code risk or technical correctness.
